When a hitchhiker is lost out in the wilderness, along comes the perfect good Samaritan with an offer of help. However what appears to be a kind deed turns into a long and tortuous nightmare for the naive traveller. A sadistic, mentally deranged, psychotic maniac has found the perfect victim for a cruel and sexually perverted agenda! The traveller is thrown into the back of a pick-up truck where he is chloroformed and kidnapped. Once at the Bad Samaritan's den, the vicious attacks begin.
